Exploding aromas of mocha, creamy vanilla and blackberries. Rich and dense on the palate with notes of chocolate, ripe red fruit and a hint of pepper. Velvety tannins lead to a long, luscious finish. A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Syrah. Only 100 cases produced. Pair with beet risotto, grilled leg of lamb or smoked pork tenderloin with plum jam.
